How to create an account in another region:

You do not need a VPN to create and use an account from another region:
-Follow the link and click the "Create" button: https://id.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com/id/create_account_ca/#/create_account/wizard/entrance?entry=create_account
- Enter your date of birth. Please note that some games may only be available to adult gamers.
-Select the country Poland.
-Enter your email, create a password
-After confirming the mail, your account of another region is ready!

How to use a different region account on the console:

You do not have to log out of your Russian account on the console. Foreign you can use as an additional. For this:

-Go to "Settings", there "Users and accounts";
-Select "Users" and click the "Add User" button;
-Enter the username and password of the created PSN account.

Note:

If you have an active PS Plus subscription on at least one account, then you can play online from any account. But pick up the games of the month - only on the account that has PS Plus.
You can buy games on one account and play them on another. In this case, trophies will be credited to the account on which you play.
